They create wines from grapes harvested solely from their single vineyard estate, thus producing wines of remarkable quality, finesse and structure.

TASTING NOTES:

Grown in the red-hued ironstone soils – hence the name Ironheart, grapes used to manufacture this wine were wild yeast fermented and matured in 60% old and 40% new French oak barrels for about 15 months. The amazing Ironheart Shiraz shows a bold and dark colour, with dark fruit fragrances coming off the luscious nose. The palate is powerful and concentrated, full of juicy fruits and delicate tannins leading to a refreshing and iron-like sanguine finale. Pair this wine with heavy meat dishes or spicy Indian foods to enhance its taste two fold.
