Yarrawood Estate is an internationally acclaimed wine company producing a unique range of single vineyard, handcrafted wines. The estate covers 150 acres of land, located on Melba Highway in Yarra Glen, Victoria. The company was founded by Erich Schwaiger and is managed by his youngest son, Timothy.
TASTING NOTES:
Yarrawood Estate Sauvignon Blanc shows a clear straw colour with vibrant green tinges. The perfumed nose exudes kiwifruit, green apple, lemon curd and floral aromas. The firm and dense palate contains lime, peach and gooseberry flavours, culminating in a crisp and captivating finale. This delicious Sauv Blanc tastes excellent with basil risotto, lemon-garlic shrimp skewers and goat cheese.
