TASTING NOTES:

Poured in a glass, this Cab Sav flaunts a deep maroon colour with magenta hues. The drink’s enticing bouquet of sweet briar fruit aromas is complemented by subtle notes of toffee and toasted oak. These fragrances pave the way for an elegant palate featuring blood plum, dark red currant and tea leaf flavours along with a touch of mocha and roasted nuts. Eventually, the fine and ripe tannins provide good structure and length to the wine. Relish this vegan-friendly red with braised meat, roasted duck breasts and BBQ Asian lamb ribs.
