Product Description
"Bright, fresh and inviting with white florals, tomato leaf, yellow capsicum, apples and pears on the complex nose and through into the well-weighted and mouth-watering palate. The acidity is racy and tight giving the palate drive, focus and length."

Lovely sav b
"Beautiful and fruity SB"
Pretty Bloody Good for a Kiwi
"Rugby and Sauvignon Blanc, two things those Kiwis do so well. After allowing time to settle, and refrigerate I open a new fresh 2015 Savvy Blank from the cloudy isles... Pouring into the glass, a pale, green, straw like character. Hints of tropical lime. 3/3 First nose, is overwhelming with tropical fruit, I have to go back for a second nose (and slightly warming up) and a subtle oily citrus permits the still dominant mixed tropical fruit. There is a little volatile acidity, maybe a few more months in the bottle could help the structure? 5/7 On first taste, I feel like I have bitten into a Tahitian lime (rind and all) and grapefruit cross, the middle palate comes across with the VA from the nose, to give an unripe pineapple that slowly mellows to a pawpaw and stir fried green banana and ending with apricot and mango. A long palate. 10/10 A truly deserving 18/20. Get 'em while they are fresh For what was originally considered a flaw in a wine (methylmercaptans better known as rotten cabbage or cat's pee) its great. Of three bottles tastes 2 were as described, one was a bit flatter, missing some of the volatile fruits"
