De Bortoli Wines is a family owned winery run by its third generation now. It was established in 1928 by Vittorio De Bortoli and his wife Giuseppina. The couple came to Australia from Asolo in Italy and has since then lived here, making a strong mark in the Australian wine business over the years. Vittorio and Giuseppina’s son Deen De Bortoli took over his parent’s business and strongly established its roots. After him, his children made De Bortoli what it is today – a well-known premium wine brand. The reason for De Bortoli’s success is deep-rooted Italian family values that have imbibed a culture of hard work, generosity and sharing good times with friends and family over food and wine.

De Bortoli Family Selection

De Bortoli has wines under many brands and each brand has a story behind it. Few of these stories tell us of wines that speak of great beauty and character and others narrate histories and struggles. One such brand is De Bortoli Family Selection. This brand tells us of De Bortoli tradition and legacy. These delicious delights have been by the De Bortoli family and friends for more than three generations now. This justifies the name, De Bortoli Family Selection. Few wines in this range include DB Family Selection Chardonnay 2014, DB Family Selection Gewurztraminer Riesling 2014, DB Family Selection Pinot Grigio 2015, DB Family Selection Traminer Riesling 2014, DB Family Selection Durif 2013, DB Family Selection Pink Moscato 2014 and DB Family Selection Sparkling Classic along with few more.

    Hello De Bortoli family.

We have some old, green De Bortoli flagons from 1974, and were wondering if they are of any value.

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Marissa
