Veteran winemaker Tim Adams from Clare Valley wine region purchased the old Leasingham site situated on the edge of Clare Township. He named it Mr. Mick in honour of Mick Knappstein, his mentor. The estate currently includes a marvellous cellar door along with an elegant restaurant to wine and dine.
