Premium quality Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested separately from well-maintained vineyards in Murray Valley, South Australia and Victoria. The wine was fermented for a longer period of time to evenly smoothen the tannin structure.
Rosemount Blends Shiraz Cabernet is an interesting combination of two dark-skinned grape varieties. The aromas feature lifted notes of dark berries and hints of mint. The palate presents sweet red berries and spices from Shiraz, and blackcurrant and dark berries from Cabernet Sauvignon.
