In the year 1957, Filippo and Maria Casella immigrated to Australia from Sicily and bought Farm 1471 to pursue their dream of starting a small winemaking business. In 1969, the Casella Family Brands was born and Farm 1471 later came to be known as the birthplace of the range of Yellow Tail red wines.

Yellow Tail Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is considered the most delicate red grape variety, which is why Pinot Noir varietals are easy drinking, yet fancy. The Yellow Tail Pinot Noir is aromatic, chic and silky. On the nose, it gives off attractive fragrances of raspberries and wild strawberries. The palate is extremely light – bodied, and presents fresh cherry and dark berry flavours.
Yellow Tail Merlot
