We produce a range of cool climate wines from this region which is the coldest viticultural area on mainland Australia. Allegiance Wines also has a strong pedigree of producing the highest quality wines from Australia’s premium regions. We source outstanding fruit from Margaret River, Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and Pyrenees to craft our award winning wines.

Allegiance Wines amazing array of regions, varietals and ranges gives you the opportunity to explore so many spectacular wines all in the one place.

The Pyrenees cool climate wine region is centred onthe town of Avoca in Western Victoria. The Pyrenees ranges varying altitude from 200m to almost 800m allowing for a diverse mix of microclimates. This Shiraz parcel was destemmed, crushed and spent 7days on skins. Transferring straight to oak, it spent 18 months maturing in a combination of different age French and American oak. The Pyrenees could be the best kept secret when it comes to great Australian Shiraz.
