- Sparkling wines should be served ice cold at approximately 40 to 50 degrees whereas white should be served cold at 45- 50 degrees.
- For red wines, the ideal serving temperature would be around 50- 60 degree Fahrenheit.
- Another important thing to keep in mind is to hold your wine glass by the stem instead of the bowl as the heat from your hand can increase the temperature of the wine in the glass and spoil its taste.
