One of the most popular among the diverse varieties crafted by De Bortoli Wines is the Sacred Hill Shiraz. It is made from the succulent fruits of the dark-skinned grapevine variety grown in the well-kept vineyards of South Eastern Australia. The cool and dry climate in this region provides a perfect condition for the growth of healthy and tasty grapes. The balance of acid and tannins creates a fuller flavour that can be enjoyed on its own or with other delicious and hearty dishes.

The aroma of De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz is defined by lifted notes of plums, spices and cherries with subtle tones of musk and vanilla. This dry and medium-bodied wine has an elegant combination of dominantly dark red and vigorous garnet colours. Its palate on the other side is described by generous highlights of plum and layers of juicy fruits with undertones of spices and vanillin oak. It features a soft yet sufficiently vivid quality of tannins.
