Taylors Eighty Acres Cabernet Shiraz Merlot is a magnificent three varietal red wine crafted from premium quality grapes sourced from the best vineyards of South Australia. The wine is matured for 12 months in a combination of high quality French and American oak barrels prior to final blending and bottling.

Taylors Eighty Acres Cabernet Shiraz Merlot has a deep red shade and bright hues of purple. The wine’s bouquet is filled with lifted notes of fresh fruity aromas, including juicy plum and ripe blackberry. Subtle hints of dark chocolate, dried herbs, and spices enhance the structure of the fragrant nose of the wine. On the palate, luscious red berries and blackcurrants are surrounded by milder hints of dark chocolate and spices. The soft and well-rounded mid-palate is complemented by soft tannins capping to a persistent and silky smooth finish.
