Years after, the early builders of the bridge across the creek insisted that they see Cockfighter’s Ghost galloping with might and fury during stormy nights.This legend gave the Cockfighter’s Ghost winery its interesting name.

To make this wine, high-quality Pinot Noir fruits are handpicked from the finest Hunter Valley vineyards and are crushed in whole bunches. After ten days of fermentation, the wine is matured in first-class French oak barrels for 10 months to add a touch of elegance and complexity.
The result is a rich Pinot Noir wine with deep red cherry colour and a fragrant bouquet of blueberry and truffle notes. Intense fruit flavours with subtle characters of milk chocolate and spice are led by the velvety smooth consistency to a sweet, flavourful and delectable finish.
