It is made from premium quality grapes sourced from the best vineyards of South Eastern Australia. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to capture the innate fruit characters of the wine. The 2014 vintage saw favourable winter conditions commence to a warm, sunny and dry growing season. The vines produced buds earlier than usual but cool daily temperatures in the early growing season kept the formation of the fruits in pace. Warm conditions started in the middle of the season leading to an accelerated ripening stage for the grapes. Picking of fruits was delayed for two weeks because of moderate rains occurring in the middle of February. Despite the ups and downs in the growing season, the 2014 vintage is still among the best vintages of the Bin Series so far.

The wine is best enjoyed while the Grenache and Shiraz characters are at their peak freshness and youth. This wine is best served chilled as an aperitif, or as a perfect pairing for spicy Thai cuisine, Japanese seafood or fresh summer salads.
