WINERY INFORMATION:

At the Black Cottage, we are dedicated to producing a range of wines full of ‘gusto’. Combining select parcels of fruit with modern and alternative winemaking techniques, we strive to create very special wines which are approachable and delicious. Black Cottage Rosé was inspired by David’s long stint working in Corsica and the South of France crafting fresh, crisp, dry, salmon pink Rosé. Treated very much as a white wine in the cellar, the focus has been to make a fruit driven dry wine to have as an aperitif or to match the lighter cuisine.
