WINERY INFORMATION:

At the Black Cottage, we are dedicated to producing a range of wines full of ‘gusto’. Combining select parcels of fruit with modern and alternative winemaking techniques, we strive to create very special wines which are approachable and delicious. Harvested at optimum ripeness from our hand-tended vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau, Southern and Awatere Valleys’. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to maximise fruit purity and varietal character. This is a classic example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

TASTING NOTES:
