It tastes fabulous with foods like the chargrilled kangaroo with sweet potato mash, charred beetroot and lavender served alongside sage butter.

WINERY INFORMATION

Renowned vigneron Geoff Hardy left Thomas Hardy & Sons in 1980 and collaborated with fellow viticulturist Ian Leask to acquire the Pertaringa vineyard. He left the family business to establish his vineyards and a unique range of wines. Seven years later, he planted the K1 vineyard. After that, he has been involved in the plantation of over 3,000ha of vines in and around Australia.
