Their Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon is inky black in colour with purple hues. The nose of this wine displays dark fruit and blackcurrant aromas with hints of sweet spices and vanilla in the background. The wine tastes of cassis fruit, dark cherries along with hints of spices. It has fine tannins and a great finish. You can enjoy it right away with lamb chops or beef and also cellar it for up to five years.
