Just Wines 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Just Wines we will always stand behind our selection of wines and we want you to feel confident when buying wine from us. However we know that not every wine suits every person as personal taste can vary.

Every wine we sell has been approved by our wine panel and is covered by our 100% happiness guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund, credit or replacement. We even cover the return shipping cost.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email us at support@justwines.com.au, explain the problem and we'll organise to get your wines returned and give you a full refund for your purchase.

  • Authorised Return freight  is FREE for all orders
  • You can opt to receive a refund, credit or replacement on your Just Wines account for the value of your original purchase.
  • You can return your purchase up to 90 days from the purchase date.
  • We'll refund or credit you (including freight costs) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only.
  • In the case of mixed packs on a bottle by bottle basis so you may continue trying the variety of different wines in your order rather than sending them back without having a chance to tasting them.
  • We ask the item be returned in the original box. If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the wine will do.
  • An Australia Post postage Paid label will be provided and you will be required to drop the wine off at your local post office.
  • Once dropped off, be sure to send through a copy of the receipt Australia Post will give you - this is so that we can have immediate proof of your return and organise a replacement, refund or credit. It can take a while for your wine to travel back to us, and we don’t want you to have to wait longer than you have to.
  • If you fail to provide the return receipt, we will need to wait for the item. A refund, credit or replacement will be processed within 7 days of receiving the wine.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


 

Note : Just Wines 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been dissatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
