This elegant Sauvignon Blanc sports an extremely pale colour, with light brownish tints along the edges. The aromatic and luscious bouquet exhibits crisp notes of passion fruit, lychee and gooseberry. The full weighted palate structure is delicate and balanced, full of grapefruit and lemon rind flavours complemented by herbaceous characters and racy acidity that altogether lead to a long, citrusy finale. It tastes delicious served with lightly spiced chicken dishes and seafood.
