: This gorgeous Shiraz was produced using grapes from Eden Valley. It was aged for 3 year in thick demi-muids which gave it a rich, dense red hue. On the nose, mushroom, black olive, truffle, bath soap, lavender and rosemary sage aromas are complemented by spices, liquorice and ham hock. The palate is laden with black and blue fruit flavours along with notes of plum fruit, cherry pie and liquorice. It further reveals fine tannins paving the way for a long finale. This varietal wine is a great match for pork or duck with strongly-flavoured sauces.
