Its bouquet is filled with aromas of fresh red berry fruits, icing sugar and rose water. The fruit-driven palate displays fresh raspberries - plush in texture, a subtle sweetness and full flavour. A dry mineral and citrus feel leads to a crisp, fresh and lingering finish. This rosé tastes great with shared plates of Parmesan, pumpkin arancini, white anchovy and broad bean pesto bruschetta.

WINERY INFORMATION

MadFish has been producing wine since 1992. Operating under Burch Family Wines, this family-owned winery started its journey with a single variety (which was a hit) and is known today for 15 different varietals. Inspired by the raw coastline of south-west WA, MadFish has its vineyards located in premier grape growing regions – Margaret River and Great Southern. MadFish wines are made with emphasis on enjoyment and drinkability.
