: Post maturation in a combination of stainless steel and French hogsheads, this delicious Shiraz flaunts a dark purple colour accompanied by a crimson haze. A swirl of the glass presents mesmerising plum and blackberry aromas. The medium bodied palate is rife with dark berry flavours, supported by savoury notes and fine tannins. These enticing flavours and fragrances harmoniously culminate the wine in a juicy, smooth and vibrant finish. It serves best with meat pie, Aussie beef burger and chocolate pavlova.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Located in the Hilltops wine region in Southern NSW, Moppity Vineyards is the only winery in the region to have been awarded twice at the Great Australian Shiraz Challenge, in 2014 and then in 2016. Established in 1973, the estate has been acknowledged for its award-winning wine portfolio both in the local and the international wine industry. This reputed wine company was founded by Jason and Alecia Brown in 2004.
