: Moppity Lock & Key Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay is a delightfully fragrant blend showing a pale straw colour with pink tinges. Crafted from 85% Hilltops Chardonnay and 15% Tumbarumba Pinot Noir, it has got a lovely brioche nose with notes of strawberries and red fruits. Plenty of fresh citrus flavours can be sensed on the palate, with wonderful bubbles and a rich & creamy mouthfeel.  Fit for any celebration, this excellent sparkling wine pairs best with lobster, fish, cheese, popcorn, or creamy dishes.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Jason and Alecia Brown purchased the 30-year-old Moppity Vineyards in 2004. Situated in the Hilltops region, Moppity Vineyards share a lot of similarities with the Canberra vineyards. The soils of this cool-climate vineyard reflect those spread across Coté Rôtie in Northern Rhône. Spread across 170 acres of land, Moppity is one of the region's largest vineyards.
