WINERY INFORMATION

Nepenthe is a family owned wine estate, first planted with 24ha of grapevines. It was established by the Tweddell family in 1994, on a flourishing piece of land in the Lenswood sub-region in Adelaide Hills. With the success of their premium wines, the family purchased Charleston Vineyard in 1997, followed by the acquisition of Balhannah Vineyard in 2002 and Hahndorf Vineyard in 2005.
