: Paracombe Sauvignon Blanc features a light straw green colour. A swirl of the glass reveals enticing aromas of passionfruit and tropical fruits. Sweet tropical fruit flavours combine with creamy stone fruit to provide a soft and supple palate. These fresh characters integrate with flinty mineral notes to end in a juicy and zesty finish. Owners Kathy and Paul Drogemuller acquired a farm property in Paracombe, SA in 1983, and planted their first vineyard. This laid down the foundation for Paracombe Wines. After working in a tin shed, with a small crusher and basket press for some years, the family launched their handcrafted wines in 1992. Without any prior experience in winemaking or grape growing, Paul and Kathy expanded their family vineyard and built a 2000 tonne winery for producing their outstanding wine range.
