: Paracombe Shiraz Viognier was crafted by the fusion of 97% Shiraz grapes with 3% Viognier grapes. These grapes were crushed, fermented in open tanks, and hand plunged. The juice was then matured in French oak. The resulting blend flaunts a black to purple colour. The perfumed nose emanates mesmerising aromas of plum, cherry and raspberry, coupled with honeysuckle and musk rose petal undertones. These fragrances intermix with mocha and spicy nuances on the elegant palate, to culminate in a complex and lingering finale. This delicious red blend tastes marvellous with Neapolitan pizza, BBQ lamb, and a variety of Spanish cuisine.

Paracombe Premium Wines is an award-winning wine company located in Paracombe, SA. These premium wines are handcrafted, right from grape growing to the process of ecological winemaking, by the dynamic and dedicated Paracombe team of winemakers and viticulturalists. The winemaking team is headed by accomplished winemaker James Barry. The wine label was launched in 1992 by Paul and Kathy Drogemuller.
