Spritely lemon/lime, cold tea and chalk. The citrus lilts into light mandarin before a smear of complex margarine. Like little diamonds falling into your mouth, the sparkling crystalline acidity has shiny bumps before full citrus spectrum fruit with a little gooseberry green note as an appendage. There’s richness to the palate too, almost a touch of oiliness to coat the mouth before falling away to acidity that cuts right through.
