Two Hands Clare Valley Samantha's Garden Shiraz 2019 - 6 Bottles

Availability: In stock

Pretty Good

100% Shiraz grapes from the Clare Valley wine region and an alcohol volume of 14.5%. This classic wine, suggestive of rich fruit flavours, shows a vibrant colour – dark red with purple hues at the meniscus. The nose lifts aromas of pipe smoke, sandalwood, rolled tobacco and earth spices, seconded by scents of plums and blueberries. This is a medium to full-bodied wine with a crispness to the flavour. Lively notes of blue fruits, Indian spice and sandalwood are evident on the palate. The cloaked fine-grained tannins are soft and lush in nature with a charming depth and gentle character. The palate slowly leads to a complex and persistent ethereal finish. This wine is good for cellaring up to 15 years, and tastes wonderful paired with foods such as leg of lamb shawarma, cider-maple pork chops, Carolina pulled pork, Shanghai stir-fried pork with cabbage, rib-eye roast with chestnuts, and hard cheeses.
