The Water Wheel Bendigo Chardonnay from the wine regions of Victoria is a bright pale straw - hued wine with a watery edge. Wines made in Victoria are always fresh, juicy and brilliant and so is this superb - quality Chardonnay. The bouquet gives off fleshy peach top fragrances along with notes of tropical fruits, slightly spicy cashew and nougat. The rich palate is round, delicate and creamy - textured, overflowing with flavours of juicy tropical fruits and peach accompanied by honeycomb and nougat. The finish of this wine is soft, clean, dry and acidic. The wine can be consumed from now up till 2018.
