Vibrant gold with a green tinge. A complex aroma of lemon rind and white peach with grapefruit juice. The fruit is layered with brioche and grilled cashews with cherry and cedar oak. The palate reveals a lovely intensity of fleshy lemon curd and nectarine fruits. The stone fruits are complexed by roasted nuts and vanilla beans and are wonderfully framed by a bright, crisp backbone and creamy texture.
