Xanadu Premium Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby-hued wine. Vibrant aromas of mulberries, cassis and black plums intermix with nori, potpourri and cinnamon undertones to present a perfumed nose. The palate is refined and structured, brimming with dense flavours of blackcurrants, boysenberry, Satsuma plums and inky berries. These generous characters combine with ripe tannins, culminating the wine in a captivating and persistent finale. This full-bodied Cabernet tastes fantastic with grilled hamburgers, mushroom risotto and a variety of Moroccan cuisine.

WINERY INFORMATION

Xanadu Wines is an award-winning wine company, situated on Boodjidup Road in Margaret River, Western Australia. Dr John Lagan first established the winery in 1977. In 2005, the Rathbone family acquired the winery, after their grand success at Mount Langi Ghiran and Yering Station. Presently, the company is owned and managed by Darren Rathbone, the CEO of Rathbone Wine Group.
