This beautiful Chardonnay from Xanadu Wines presents a pale straw colour. The perfumed bouquet flaunts scintillating aromas of pears, citrus and nectarine with gentle suggestions of green mango and flint lurking in the background. The tight and medium bodied palate is rife with pear, grapefruit, stone fruit and tangy lemon flavours. These intense flavours and fragrances are supported by a fine-boned structure and bright acidity, offering yoghurt like texture. This delicious Premium Chardonnay ends with a crisp and lingering finale. Drink this elegant white wine in its youth or after carefully cellaring it for few years. Suggested food pairings include roasted chicken in cream sauce, fritto misto and quiche.
