: Made exclusively with free run juice, Barringwood Chardonnay was naturally fermented in French oak barrels for 8 months. These lees stirred wine was then subjected to partial malolactic fermentation for enhancing its textural complexity. The resultant wine shows a pale yellow colour. The bouquet exudes aromas of grapefruit and pineapple. The palate displays texture, complexity and length, and is filled with citrus and mineral characters. It pairs well with roast chicken, crayfish and smoked salmon.
