WINERY INFORMATION

The grapes were picked in the cool of the morning and handled gently with non-oxidative winemaking techniques and cool temperatures at every stage. The wines were 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks to ensure they maintained all of their varietal freshness, crispness and great acidity. The final blend was chosen to make a wine of freshness and interest with a delicate aroma. The Grenache Blanc shows classic varietal flavours of apple and pears, while the Marsanne adds citrus and white flowers. The Roussanne adds texture and weight to the mid palate to complete the blend.
