: Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep brick red colour accompanied by purple tinges. Pour in glasses and enjoy the elegant bouquet emanating rich aromas of dark berry fruits and bay leaves, with hints of oak. Sip to discover a fine and sophisticated palate of blackcurrant, dark cherry and vanilla flavours. Integrated with ripe tannins, the palate ends in a long finish showing dried herb and floral hints. This red wine has a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years. Drink it with port wine braised beef short ribs, brisket, or braised red cabbage.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Cesare Credaro was the first Credaro family member to have settled in the northern reaches of the Margaret River wine region, in 1922. He worked in a five acre vineyard, situated near Commonage Road. Once he planted his own vineyard in Carbunup, the Credaro family started crafting a parcel of wine for themselves and their neighbours every year. Their modern, 1200 tonne winery was constructed in the year 2003.
