Pretty Good

This dry rosé was produced using Sangiovese grapes sourced from the King Valley. The wine underwent fermentation in both vats and casks. In a glass, the resultant drink flaunts a lovely pale rose colour. On the nose, it exudes intense pomegranate, peach and wild herb aromas. These fragrances pave the way for a soft, light-bodied palate that reveals spicy and creamy flavours with fine texture. Enjoy this fresh rosé with chicken and Moroccan couscous.

In the year 1928, Vittorio De Bortoli founded De Bortoli Wines. A family-owned business, it’s currently managed by the third generation. The brand’s first winery is located in Bilbul, New South Wales and the other two are based in Yarra Valley and Hunter Valley. It sources grapes from five premium wine regions - Hunter Valley, Riverina, King Valley, Heathcote and Yarra Valley.
