An easy-drinking white, it’s a blend of 90% Pinot Grigio, 8% Riesling, and  2% Arneis grape varieties. Of these, 92% of grapes were sourced from Riverina while the remaining from King Valley wine region. Poured into a glass, it flaunts a pale straw colour with hints of green. A swirl reveals subtle aromas of pear and lemon zest along with herbal nuances. These fragrances make way for the light & clean palate. It is best enjoyed young with creamy smoked Salmon pasta, white cheese chicken lasagna or lemon chicken piccata

It is currently managed by the third generation—Darren De Bortoli (Managing Director), Victor De Bortoli (Export Director), Kevin De Bortoli (Company Viticulturist), and Leanne De Bortoli along with husband Steve Webber manage the Yarra Valley Estate. Over the years, the brand has earned a reputation for crafting the finest wines in Australia.
