Pretty Good

This wine is a delicious blend of White Frontignac and Muscat Gordo Blanco grapes sourced from lush vineyards in Riverina, New South Wales. Cold fermentation helped retain fresh fruit characteristics. The fermentation was stopped once a balance between sweetness, alcohol, acidity and bubbles was reached. Poured into a glass, the drink exhibits a pale straw colour enhanced by lively green hues. The attractive nose exudes freshly crushed fruit fragrances, accompanied by musk and lime juice aromas. The lively palate is filled with flavours of freshly crushed grapes, coupled with a squeeze of zingy lemon and ginger on the finish. This frizzante wine is best consumed while young, but it will cellar for several years. Enjoy this light bodied wine with creamy desserts, such as a layered trifle or panacotta.
