WINERY INFORMATION

In 1928, Vittorio De Bortoli founded De Bortoli Wines. Since its inception, this family-owned business has flourished immensely with its third generation currently overseeing the business. The fruits are sourced from five vineyards located in the famous Hunter Valley, King Valley, Heathcote, Yarra Valley and Riverina regions. Steve Webber, the Chief Winemaker, believes in crafting wines of “detail, texture and minerality, charm and interest”, characteristics that are acquired from the “site and season”.
