The nose exhibits hints of citrus and floral Chardonnay characters along with nougat and hazelnut. The dry palate is delicate and gently - textured, displaying flavours of dried phenolics and hints of nuts. This medium-bodied palate has an incredible structure and length that tastes best with dishes like grilled John Dory.
