Appearance is Light golden. A whole riot of tropical and autumn fruits with deft aromas of vanillin oak. A medley of citrus, nectarine and quince fruit, nuances of sweet vanillin oak with just the right level of sweetness and refreshing acidity make for an elegant, substantial yet harmonious wine. Serve with Citrus Zabaglione, Lemon poached pears, Peach sorbet or a perfect way to end a meal with a cheese and fruit platter. This wine is ready to enjoy now but has a cellaring potential for up to 10-15 years.
