Grant Burge East Argyle Pinot Gris is a pale yellow coloured wine which is highlighted by greenish tinges throughout. Its appealing bouquet gives off fragrances of sweet and spicy pears, vanilla ice cream and baked cheesecake, infused with subtle nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg. The rich and textured palate is packed with apricot, peach and pear flavours that end in a clean, lengthy and flavoursome climax. This magnificent Pinot Gris can either be consumed upon release or be cellared for a few years to enhance depth and flavour. Fish, fresh vegetables, crabs and shellfish go hand in hand with this excellent wine.
