WINERY INFORMATION

The Red Claw label represents Yabby Lake’s young, bright, and luscious wines fit for the trendy Australian way of life. They are produced from grapes grown in the Yabby Lake vineyard located in the Mornington Peninsula. With three sides of the vineyard facing the ocean, it enjoys all the perks of having a maritime climate: long bright sunny days, cool night breezes from the sea at night, and long gentle autumns. Coupled with their intimate knowledge of the soil properties and individual vine characteristics, winemaker Tom Carson, viticulturist Keith Harris, and their dedicated team are able to craft wines that truly reflect the soul of the season and the essence of the vineyard.
