: Vineyards from two premium wine regions - Tasmania and Clare Valley, were used to import grapes for this Riesling. The wine has a pale yellow colour surrounded by light green hues. Lifted fragrances of citrus fruit are given off by the nose, while the vibrant palate profile features lemon, kiwi and lime fruit flavours. These ripe fruit elements are balanced by a fine minerality and zingy acidity, leading to a lengthy and lingering finale. Pairing this wine with beef curry or oysters would definitely prove rewarding.
