: Hardys Nottage Hill Shiraz is a deep purple coloured wine. Wonderful aromas of raspberry, mulberry and dark cherry fuse with black pepper, clove and vanillin oak hints. These fragrances pave the way for a full-bodied palate revealing firm and juicy flavours of plum, dark cherry, raspberry, clove, black pepper, and dried herbs. It eventually culminates in a savoury and lingering finish, accompanied by raspberry and spice notes. This red is a great accompaniment for lamb rack, brisket and Cheddar cheese.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Hardys represents 165 years of successful winemaking heritage of the Hardy family. This pioneering wine company was founded in 1853 by Thomas Hardy. Currently, it is owned and managed by fifth generation winemaker, William Hardy. William joined the family business in 1972. The Nottage Hill range consists of rich, vibrant and full-bodied wines, crafted using premium fruit parcels from the Nottage Hill vineyard.
