Pretty Good

: A pale straw coloured wine with tinges of gold. The bouquet of this wine showcases primary fruit characters of white peach and  citrus combined with hints of roasted almonds and brioche. The subtle toasted oak and vanilla spice help enhance and provide interest to the aroma. This medium bodied wine has a palate which mirrors the bouquet with fresh and full flavoured stone fruit and  citrus characters. The hints of hazelnut and vanilla present in the wine are derived from extended yeast lees contact and oak maturation giving texture and a long finish. Savour it best with crab cakes or grilled shrimp skewers.
