Pretty Good

: The Apostrophe Possessive Reds is a classic GSM wine (a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre grapes). It is textural and delicious wine packed with aromas of rose petal, musk and subtle notes of plum. The youthful wine with flavours of crunchy red fruits, cranberry, raspberry and wild strawberry that explode on the palate but are restrained by the dry finish. It is characterized by a medium-bodied wine which features vibrant berry notes and fine tannins with a refreshing acidity. This brightly coloured red wine defies the cool Great Southern climate and is made to drink with a variety of foods like roasted monkfish, cured meats, hearty lasagna and pasta Bolognese.
