The optimally ripe Grenache grapes for this crisp and dry Rosé were harvested from the estate’s vineyards in the state of Victoria. In a wine glass, it flaunts a lovely soft pink colour. The perfumed bouquet offers beautiful fragrances of ripe strawberries and fresh rose petals. These aromas pave the way for a fruity and intense palate, which eventually culminates in a satisfying finish. Specially crafted for consumption upon its release, this drink can also be relished up to three years from vintage. Serve it chilled with prawn risotto, chilli crab or a seafood preparation of choice.
