Pretty Good

This harmoniously balanced Chardonnay was crafted using handpicked fruit that was whole cluster pressed directly to French oak. In a glass, it reveals a translucent appearance, accompanied by a pale gold colour. Exuding peach blossom and fresh lemon curd aromas, this white wine also gives off celery seed, fruit tingle, lemon verbena, pine needle and crushed rock nuances. This rich bouquet leads to an equally lush palate, which delights you with its Meyer lemon, apricot nectar and cashew meal flavours. Energetic acidity fuses with these satisfying characters, and the French oak does a brilliant balancing job. Serve this refreshingly dry white wine accompanied by pork chops with Brie cheese, fennel and juniper, or seafood fettuccine.
